[ 1 ]  TRIP BOOKING
The  vacation booking  form should be filled up by the traveler / or tour group leader and be returned to us at Lotus Himalaya Tours & Treks (  L.H.T.T. ) . Please duly fill up all the required data of the travelers as sought in this form.

[ 2 ]  BOOKING TIME FRAME  
We encourage you to book your trip 4 weeks in prior from the date of commencement of your trip from Kathmandu.
This will allow you to comfortably manage your time for your visa application and the realated flight tickets through L.H.T.T.

[ 3 ] TOUR  PRICE
All the tour prices quoted in this  web site are in Nepalese Currency and applicable for the Nepalese passpor holders only.
We reserve the right to amend the respective tour prices in a regular interval of time period or whenever  it is necessary
depending upon the actual operation cost.

[ 4 ] PAYMENT
For the services contracted, an advance payment ( 50% of the total cost ) should be made to us, to hold the booking on
a confirmed basis. The rest of the balance amount should be paid and settled 14 days in prior to the commencement of the tour , i.e, from the day of outbound flight date from Kathmandu.

[ 5 ] CURRENY OF PAYMENT
In general , all our clients being the Nepali passport holders residing in Nepal itself they can make the payment in the
Nepalese Rupee ( NPR ). However, in some occasions for your vacations in certain countries as specified, you may
require to make a  partial payment in US$ ( United States Dollars ) and the remaining amount in the NPR.

— Personal information provided by you to ushe inquiry and the booking of the vacations.
— We do not disclose any information provided by you such as your name, address, telephone number or E-mail ID, to a third party who are not in concern with the dealings between you ( our clients )  and ourselves.
— This is just because , we do strongly believe in protecting the privacy of our clients , our services and the tour related products.  
— Providing a secure environment for consumers, we do not divulge any information about you to any outside company
without your prior consent

[ 8 ]  CANCELLATION  POLICY
We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry. However from the time that you make your booking your reservations are held for you , including your airlines tickets , hotel rooms , ground transport handling services etc. The trip  cancellation policy would be applicable as follows :

21 days prior to tour date                       = 35% of the Total Tour Cost
14 days prior to tour date                       = 45% of the tour cost.
07 days prior to tour date                       = 65% of the tour cost.
04 days prior to tour date                       = 75% of the tour cost.
03 days prior to tour date                       = 85% of the tour cost
Less than 02 days prior to tour date     = 100% Or No refund
